Utah Dessert

This an eclair mutation that I created for a recipe contest I entered in August. Get it, Utah Dessert?
The picture before this one was the practice. This what I ended up entering. I made them a smaller so the judges could have one each (they sure look stubbier than the previous) but they ended up just splitting one. Oh well.

And look, see that lush cake in the background? That was the FIRST place winner! Peanut butter chocolate gooey cake--it was dang good.

Anyway, I didn't win or anything but I felt good about tangalizing an idea I had hatched in college of a photoshoped image of the delicate I had created out of dessert images.
